- Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available in the house.
- A flat rate for the final cleaning is always payable regardless of the rental period.
- Rental period at least 7 days
- Rental period over the turn of the year at least 14 days
Payment modalities:
- 30% deposit by bank transfer upon reservation
- Final payment before arrival by bank transfer
Trip cancellation:
- up to 3 months before departure — payment of 30% of the rental price
- from 2 months before departure — payment of 50% of the rental price
- from 1 month before departure — payment of 100 % of the rental price
