The apartment has a private entrance. You are therefore completely independent of any residents of Apartment 2.

Spa, wellness and relaxation in Tenerife

If you don’t want to spend your days on picturesque beaches, Loro Park, Martianes Puerto or steep coasts in Tenerife, then just stay at home and relax there. In Apartment 1 you can expect a private swimming pool (7x4 m), a whirlpool in door and a jacuzzi with sea view and a comfortable bathtub. A park-like garden also invites you to just lie in the sun, get a tan and switch off.

Any rental cars can be parked free of charge in four available parking spaces.

Size and equipment

In Apartment 1 of Villa Primera on Tenerife you and your loved ones will find your holiday paradise on approx. 110 m². A total of up to 6 people can sleep here, including in a tasteful double bed and a fold-out living room bed.

In the kitchen you will also find comprehensive equipment. Fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle and all common kitchen utensils are ready to sweeten your cooking. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The dining area offers enough space for all holidaymakers living in the apartment. There is a practical high seat for small children.
Personal entertainment is guaranteed by a flat-screen TV in every room and free WiFi (fiber optic).
