The barrier-free Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of Villa Primera in El Sauzal on Tenerife. There is everything you need for a successful dream holiday on 78m². It is slightly smaller than Apartment 1 and can accommodate up to 4 people. This makes it ideal for families with children or small groups, for example.
The apartment has a private entrance. You are therefore completely independent of any occupants of apartment 1.

You don’t have to do without anything during your stay in Apartment 2 of Villa Primera.
Look forward to a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen with useful everyday items. Everything is taken care of, from the toaster to detergents and the dishwasher. The dining area is equipped for all apartment residents — and for visitors if necessary. A high chair is available for small children.
If you ever get bored in the apartment, you can explore the television program on your flat-screen TV. Or you can connect to streaming providers via WLAN (optical fiber).
In order to maintain the independence of vacationers in Apartment 1, your apartment has a private entrance.

The location of the freshly renovated apartment gives you great views at any time of the day. From your holiday home you have a wonderful view of the sea, the pool, the garden and the surrounding area. Great sights such as Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Park, Mount Teide and Martianes Puerto are just a few kilometers away.
Outdoor area
In the lower outdoor area of Villa Primera is the in-house 7x4 m pool with counter-current system. Here you can swim your laps or relax on the surrounding sun loungers. Parasols protect you from UV rays.
The park-like garden around the villa has even more to offer. Would you like to have your breakfast outside? No problem, numerous seats and tables around the house ensure comfort. So you can always eat with a view of the ocean.
Thanks to a picturesque stone wall and extensive greenery, you can also enjoy unrestricted privacy. So while you’re lounging by the pool in your bikini, you won’t be disturbed by prying eyes. Of course you still have an impressive sea view. Visually, the selected plants adapt perfectly to the hot climate of the Canary Islands. So look forward to palm trees, cacti and colorful flowers.
