Our lovingly renovated holiday jewel is located on Tenerife — the Villa Primera. It was elaborately expanded into a top-equipped holiday home and offers discerning holidaymakers everything they need for the perfect break. This includes an attractive location — close to Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Park, Mount Teide and Martianes Puerto.
Two well-equipped apartments are waiting to be discovered. Here you can feel at home and do not have to do without any comfort. Relax in the sun in the park-like garden, swim in the pool, jacuzzi or spend an evening in front of the TV. A bar with a sun deck and an outdoor kitchen are also the highlights! Arrival
The Villa Primera is located in the northwest of the Canary Island of Tenerife, close to the coast. Nearby you will find Puerto de la Cruz, Martianes Puerto and Loro Park. The distance from Tenerife South Airport is around 80 km. You have the option of arriving by bus or by car. The journey takes about two hours by bus and takes you along the TF‑1 along the island’s scenic east coast. As a rule, you have to expect a change — usually in Santa Cruz or in El Durazno. If you drive a rental car, you can cover the distance in just one hour if possible.
If you arrive at Tenerife North Airport, it is only 15 km to Villa Primera. By car you can travel to your apartment in just 20 minutes. If you use public transport, the journey takes about half an hour. Usually you don’t have to change trains here.

One of the most popular zoos in Europe can be found in Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz. Here you can experience all sorts of exotic animal species up close. Above all, interesting water creatures can be found here — such as orcas, penguins and dolphins. Those who prefer to deal with land-loving animals can hope for a chat with parrots in Loro Park. Look forward to unforgettable memories at Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz, one of the most beautiful animal parks in Tenerife — very close to Villa Primera.
The Martianes Puerto is a special swimming pool. Here you can bathe in sea water and enjoy the comfort of a swimming pool. Numerous pools are available, sometimes of enormous size. You can walk to the Martianes Puerto from the port in Puerto de la Cruz. Parking spaces are also available. It’s best to plan a full day to stay at Martianes Puerto as the complex is quite large. Look forward to swimming your laps between water fountains overlooking the sea. The whole family can have fun at Martianes Puerto.
The town of Puerto de la Cruz is the closest urban center. Here you will find all the amenities that make up a city — for example numerous shops, good medical care, sights, the seawater bath Bad Martianes Puerto and of course the Loro Park.

Puerto de la Cruz is about 17 km from Villa Primera and can be reached by car in just 20 minutes. The bus takes you just under an hour.

We bought Villa Primera in 2020 and are extensively and lovingly renovating it.
From the outdoor kitchen to the private pool to the jacuzzi — everything will be new and beautiful.
The aim is that our guests feel completely comfortable and enjoy their time in Tenerife.
